Monday: Scheduled rest day
Tuesday: Spin, spin, spin with the ACE coach.
Wednesday: Sick again. No Rehab United class
Thursday: Still sick. Damn.
Friday: Nothing
Saturday: Team ride. 62 Miles, 3400 ft of climbing.
Sunday: 5-mile walk. I have a 1/2-marathon coming up and have to get back into walking shape.
